2- For Customer Out Of Warranty Time 14 Days
- Step 1: Customer send account log in information email address & Amazon Merch.
- Step 2: Sonny’s team start check any violation (rejection, remove) on the account in the “Message box”.
- Note that, at some case, we will review deeply and support each customer each different way.
- Step 3: Due to warranty time has passed away, Sonny deny to replace/refund as we has agreement from the time buyer start purchasing.
