- Customer uploaded and design violate, has message design rejected. Sonny deny to replace/refund because that is violation.
- Customer uploaded and save design uploaded as the form below, Sonny will consider to review and rate of active warranty is 50/50. (Once customer uploaded is the time warranty end, but in some case, Sonny will still review and support in many ways).
2- For Customer Out Of Warranty Time 45 Days
- Step 1: Customer send account log in information email address & Amazon Merch.
- Step 2: Sonny’s team start check any violation (rejection, remove) on the account in the “Message box”.
- Note that, at some case, we will review deeply and support each customer each different way.
